Most laminated shades we produce reflect the clean, contemporary look designers seek. Edges on our laminated shades can be traditional folds with or without trims or, for the most progressive settings, the fabric is rolled over the edge so there is no fold at all.

Blanche Field can create hardbacked shades using linens, raffias, silks or even wallpapers. The fabrics are laminated onto one of several materials depending on size and light requirements. We have the capability of laminating our own linens and most of the fine silks and can use customer’s fabric and even wallpaper. Blanche Field can also incorporate prints and images and silhouettes supplied by the client into shades.
